 Administration Office
Offices for WPOA and WRWSD. Staff handles inquiries regarding billing, regulations, property management and lots for sale by WPOA. Located at our front gate, 1 Waynoka Drive, Sardinia, OH 45171.  Campground
Our campground boasts a total of 257 pads, including 47 full hookup sites (electric, water and sewer), and 210 sites with water and electric service.

 Dam
While maintaining the importance of the dam, we also have access over it, thus giving all residents easy access around the lake.
 Health & Rec Center / Pools

 Lounge
Adjacent to the Rec Center and Lodge, the Lounge opens in the evening and caters to those who wish to enjoy a few drinks and the company of other patrons. More information for Lounge Main Contact: Kim Parker, Manager 937-446-2012
 Maintenance Department
The Maintenance Department provides a wide variety of services for the Lake, including the maintenance of all facilities, roads, mowing, etc. In 2010 a new Maintenance building was constructed to house the Department and to provide in-door storage for the Department's equipment, which includes a grader, back-hoe, snow plows, mowing tractors.

 Marina
Centrally located on the lake at 14 Beach Cove, the Marina provides maintenance and repair services for boats, and operates a general store and a marine gas dock. A privately run business. Main Contact: James Evans, Manager 937-446-4429
 Restaurant
Located in our lodge, the Lake Waynoka Restaurant serves residents and guests a wide variety of dishes and daily specials. A privately run business. More information for Restaurant 937-446-3774
 Security Office
Located at our front gate, the Security Office is open 24 hours each day, and handles access into the lake. The building houses both law enforcement and security staff, whose function is to provide a safe and secure environment for residents and guests of the lake.  The Beach at Lake Waynoka
Come walk in sand and relax in the shade under an umbrella. With a separated swimming area, our beach allows you to unwind right in the heart of Brown County. Also has facilities and a play area for children.
 Water Tower
Located on the south-eastern side of the lake, our water tower holds a supply of 200,000 gallons of water.
